By accessing or using the Magic Asset Recovery Service (“MARS,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) website, services, or submitting information through our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Scope of Services

​

Magic Asset Recovery Service assists individuals in identifying and recovering unclaimed, abandoned, or forgotten assets held by county, state, or federal agencies. MARS does not guarantee that assets will be found or recovered.

​

2. Eligibility

​

You must be:

​

  • At least 18 years old, and

  • The legal owner of the assets being claimed, or

  • A legally authorized representative (power of attorney, executor, court order)

 

MARS does not assist unauthorized third parties.

​

3. Identity Verification Requirement

​

For security and fraud prevention:

​

  • Identity verification is mandatory

  • A licensed notary may be sent to verify identity

  • Valid government-issued identification is required

​​

No asset information will be disclosed until verification is complete.

​

4. No Upfront Fees

​

MARS does not charge:

​

  • Application fees

  • Search fees

  • Consultation fees

 

MARS is compensated only after successful recovery of funds, via an agreed-upon recovery fee.

5. No Guarantee of Recovery

​

MARS does not guarantee:

​

  • That assets exist

  • That assets will be recoverable

  • Specific timelines for recovery

​

Recovery depends on government agency requirements, documentation, and deadlines.

​

6. Client Responsibilities

​

By using MARS services, you agree to:

​

  • Provide accurate and truthful information

  • Respond promptly to document requests

  • Cooperate with verification and legal procedures

 

Failure to do so may result in claim cancellation.

7. Fraud & Misrepresentation

 

Any attempt to:

​

  • Impersonate another individual

  • Submit false documents

  • Claim assets without legal authority

 

Will result in immediate termination of services and may be reported to appropriate authorities.

8. Confidentiality & Data Use

​

Client information is:

​

  • Used solely for claim verification and recovery

  • Not sold or shared without authorization

  • Protected using industry-standard safeguards

9. Intellectual Property

​

All content, logos, trademarks, and materials on the MARS website are the property of Magic Asset Recovery Service and may not be copied or used without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

 

MARS is not liable for:

​

  • Government agency delays

  • Denied or expired claims

  • Lost opportunities due to missed deadlines

  • Indirect or consequential damages

11. Termination of Services

 

MARS reserves the right to refuse or terminate services at any time for:

​

  • Fraud suspicion

  • Non-cooperation

  • Legal or compliance concerns

12. Governing Law

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Magic School House Learning Center operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

 

MARS may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
